What is a Flex ?

A Flex position is a spot in your lineup that you can fill with different positions. The flex slot gives flexibility to fantasy sports managers and it improves league competitivenes.

Usually a starting lineup in NFL Fantasy has:

  • 1 Quarterback
  • 2 Running Backs
  • 2 Wide Receivers
  • 1 Tight End
  • 1 Kicker
  • 1 Defense
  • 1 Flex

The flex position allows you to put any of your other players in the starting lineup. Generally an additional running back or wide receive is allowed as a flex, but that depends on the league rules.
