In The Bank (ITB) is the budget you have left when your roster is complete.
Having spare cash “in the bank” gives you more flexibility when you want to do transfers. Otherwise your transfer targets are limited to the players that cost just as much (or less) than the player you want to transfer out. It becomes even more important to have budget left if the players become more expensive (eg. +10% tax) when the game is underway.
